Bill Maher was guest on "The Jay Leno Show" & joked about Obama's new populist tone, among other Washington-related news items.

On health care reform, he wondered why Democrats and the Obama administration were so bad at selling an idea that most Americans agree with, "This is something that would save lives, save money. They couldn't sell cub scouts to a pedophile." Maher joked, Obama's taking such a populist tone that even Obama wants to see his own birth certificate.
