G20 Toronto police get more powers - Public Works Protection Act.

Thousands of people took to the streets in Toronto to demonstrate against the twin G8 and G20 summits.
The Toronto Police have been given more powers in the form of the public works protection act.
The world leaders have spent 1 billion on security while the world economies are crashing and burning.

1. So...
Anarchists are really just police officers pretending to be anarchists?

5. Exactly
If you don't believe that the police (the ones in charge with political connections) would stoop to these tactics watch this:

In the 2007 Montebello Summit, police later admitting to it.

More on suspected Toronto G8 police provocateurs

When asked about the destruction, Conservative Prime Minister Harper said "Now you know why we need to spend so much on security" He can justify the police state and suppression of rights, and the police get their overtime, and anyone against the G8 or issues they ignore, are marginalized and spat on by even moderate lefties.

3. I've been in massive protests where there was a central focus. This had none.
During the 1960s anti-war marches there were always people who showed up to emphasize side issues and that was okay but the central focus was still the war.

Here in these summit protests there is always no central focus. It's always every Tom, Dick and Harry with their own cause. The result is that everyone mutually discredits each other. Who among the general populace is going to relate to legitimate protests against legitimate ills of society when they are sidetracked by things like people for anarchy. Anarchy means an absence of law. That includes fascism. Fascists too have an absence of law. Who among the viewing and voting public is going to be energized for change by hearing the screeches, even non-violent screeches, of people ranting and raving that we should not have any laws at all or any organized society? How does this serve our cause?

These protests are a dream come true for fascists looking to discredit progressive politics.
