Costa Rica has allowed 46 US warships and 7,000 Marines to enter the country despite objection by the opposition parties, which describe the move as "illegal." The decision grants US troops permission to stay in Costa Rica from July 1 to December 31 to fight drug trafficking.

1. If this is true, I agree with what she said at the end.

This is primarily an intimidation tactic aimed at Venezuela.

If on the other hand, it's truly aimed at the asinine, illogical, immoral, dysfunctional, insane so called "War on Drugs," then Washington still doesn't have a clue on the best methods to address this crisis.

In short, You can never win the War on Drugs from a police, military perspective without destroying the United States!

Free the American People and start treating non-violent, drug use as the educational, medical and personal privacy issue for which it is.

3. Ironically, I hate to say it Joanne, but I hope it is insanity because the only other alternative

motivation for waging such massive stupidity is evil, with insanity at least there is the possibility of it being temporary.

I believe being evil; especially at an institutional level is much more difficult to overcome.
