have done this since the "recession" began.
Best just to take them to shelters if you can't keep them. Keeping animals is an expensive luxury for people who are struggling. I wouldn't be so quick to judge.
We will see a lot more of this. Not surprising that it's happening on the Gulf. People are in bad shape. A sign of the times.
