Transparency at the SEC is called Congressional oversight...as in Congress doing it's job! As it is something she didn't see much of during the Bush years...maybe that is why she doesn't have a clue.

This is a stupid fox news taking point. The exemption to the FOIA is for investigative materials only and mirrors the same exemption that exists for bank regulators. MM has a good article on this http://mediamatters.org/research/201007290008
