If you ever visit the Stop Beck web site you'll see that the advertising boycott against Glenn Beck over him calling President Obama a "racist" is very effective. Fox News has lost millions because of his attention grabbing smear. Only this is a case of his desperate bid for attention backfiring terribly.

So Beck does an "exclusive" interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace. The interview is mostly drool. What looks like the rare tough question during the farce is actually a chance for Beck to recant his "racist" smear before the larger Fox News Sunday audience on Fox News' sister entertainment channel.

However, Beck needs to find an alibi his fanboys will accept so he replaces the "racist" smear with a smear that he confused Obama's radical Liberation Theology with Obama hating whites. Oh, and by the way, he tells us the pope condemned Liberation Theology as demonic.

So is Obama really a dangerous Christian heretic (when he's not busy being a radical Muslim)? Well, Beck didn't tell the fanboys all of Pope Benedict XVI's thoughts on Liberation Theology. Shocked?

1. So Beck does an "exclusive" interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace.

Which is why 10 minutes of it is 11 minutes too long. I can't watch. Fox echo chamber masturbation at it's disgusting height. Fox is like a religion.... even Beck is ramping up the "we know everything and only the anointed can understand the blessed message from god" line. It's all circular self logic that crumbles in the light of what the outside world knows to be true. Only the faithful too afraid to step outside the closed community will be interested or take it seriously. The rest of us have nothing to "take away" when we return to the reality based world after this "Exclusive Interview". Fox, 700 Club.... what's the difference? One is dressed up as some kind of "news" channel!

3. The money quote: "I forgot I was with an actual journalist"
Hmm, what would cause Glenn Beck to forget that Fox News employs actual journalists?

Glenn is so used to doing interviews with Fox talking heads who take it for granted that he is doing battle against evil forces bent on the destruction of America(including our president and congressional leaders) that he is dumbstruct when a Fox host questions his role as our savior. Most telling.

9. Beck gets even more petty
I was watching a best of O'Reilly episode early this morning (couldn't sleep) and Bill-O and Beck were hee-hawing about flies buzzing around the president. Straight up. This is what "Harvard trained journalist" Bill O'Reilly calls real journalism and "no spin" news analysis. Of course, when anyone pointed out, say, how inarticulate George Bush was Bill 'No Spin' O'Reilly showed little patience.

George was the "war time president" so it was unseemly to mock him in such serious times. Good thing there are no wars going on so the Foxies can bash Obama for the slightest thing. But wait! I thought there was one going on in Afghanistan and we still have over 50,000 troops in Iraq.

The Foxies can't be hypocrites? Oh, I'm shocked.
