the beach is very bad again.The sheen is all bubbling and the grown is glowing.The foam is orange.the smell of chemicals is bad this evening.

3. Get to a doctor and a lawyer
I'm not being funny! People are coming down with all kinds of pulmonary crap lately. It's probably from the dispersant, who knows, but anyone experiencing crazy symptoms as described need to get some help.
