It's disgusting to see how much government stalls when the political game is taken too far.

2. With actions like this how can the republicans be ahead anywhere |
|
If the MSM did articles on all the benefits that the republicans have blocked for the American people and the economy there wouldn't be a republican leading anywhere.
I think it all comes down to reporting. What the republicans have blocked and obstructed has not been reported fairly. How's that for fox's claim of fair and balanced.

3. America, here are your Republicans who are undermining you and this |
|
economy. Remember these asshat Republicans when you go to the polls. They took away our jobs, let's take away theirs.

4. Oh no, let's all stay home to teach Obama a lesson. Let's let these guys take over so Dems can see |
|
just how bad it can truly get. Yeah, that'll teach 'em.

6. I will only vote for progressive Democrats, any other Democrat |
|
is as worthless as a Republican to me.
I probably will not be voting for Obama in 2012 either, given the imperial and draconian powers he has chosen to take such as naming any American or his choice a terrorist, and then killing them without trial. Obama has also not spoken out against the illegal arrests of the peace activists across the country last week by the FBI.

9. And yours is? Let the teabaggers take over so Obama and the American people will learn their lesson? |
|
Sorry but that would be a pretty hard lesson and one I do not want visited upon my country.

10. Sorry, I will not vote for Democrats who are essentially Republicans. |
|
I will cast my votes, and place my money with progressive Democrats only.
I think our Blue Dogs Dems give America hard and bitter lessons most days of the week, and I don't see how those fool TeaBaggers taking a district or two will make much difference.

13. Are you trying to persuade us to vote as you are intending to |
|
vote? That must be your intent in posting. Sorry, you won't persuade most of us to desert our party. Maybe you should just declare yourself an independent and be done with it. If we let the Republicans take over we will have more Bushistic regressive government. Obama took over this job knowing all of the problems he had to face. Problems that were created by one of the most 'draconian and imperial' administrations this nation has ever known. It is not only unfair, it shows an ignorance of how our government works when anyone can label Obama in the same way. Restoring this country will take a helluva' longer time than the time Obama hs been in office. Instant gratification is not possible when it comes to politics and the workings of government.

16. Obama has gone further than Bush |
|
given the imperial and draconian powers Obama has chosen to take upon himself such as naming any American or his choice a terrorist, and then killing them without trial. Since you have attacked me as being ignorant, please fill me where in our laws it states the President has unilateral power to kill American citizens without trial. If Bush did any thing like this my fellow Democrats would be up in arms. I believe in the rule of law, not others fantasies about how government works. And no man is above the law, be they a Democrat or the president of the United States.
I have not asked anyone to desert the Democratic Party. Nor have I suggested how anyone else should handle their vote. I have simply spoken about how I will handle mine. I am sorry you find my opinions so threatening to your own political views. For my part I don't think it is responsible citizenship, or good for the Democratic party to elect Democrats who vote like Republicans. I won't cast my vote for them, I won't fund them or volunteer my time for them. Those Democrats deserve to rot in hell. jmo

14. I've been thinking about some posters here who are |
|
disenchanted about Obama failing to fulfill their dreams of restoring this country to vibrant health. These people appear to have no idea how difficult a job it is or how the government works when you have two parties with divergent goals in mind calling the shots. Maybe the solution for these people who want problems solved overnight would be satisfied with a dictator in power. Instant solutions, instant decision, no discussion, no wrangeling, no waiting for the edict.
