**CORRECTION** In the video where I say 'in 2006 Nancy Pelosi' - it was the wrong year cited. It should have stated '2005'. Sorry.

Thanks - actually I did appear on an Internet video talk show the other night. Ironically the host who is a conservative invited me on after seeing my video complaining about all of us being attacked by the Administration regarding our 'whining'. The video part was truncated and the producer may be still correcting the problem. If it gets resolved I'll share more about it and give out the guy's website. He's a conservative HOWEVER he is NOT a neocon. There is a difference..

I was at the One Nation Rally and was disgusted by the sheer number of religious people who were tapped to speak at it. It's not about religion, it's about the fact that the middle class is an endangered species, that unions are under attack and that the Republicans want to return us to the days of Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle". Period. I didn't need to hear the religious invective. We are creeping closer to becoming a theocracy, at least in appearance. The truth is that most these politicians worship only one god, and he's little, green and fits in your pocket. "The opiate of the masses" is a pretty good description of how politicians are using religion to gain power. They are laughing all the way to the bank.
I am an agnostic, and as I have said before, I have no problem with God. Dunno if there is one, and it doesn't affect my daily life any. I do right by other people because it's what social creatures do. The only problem I have is with how people use this concept of God to justify doing horrifying things to other people or to the planet we live on.
Thank you, Raoul...and again, I'd love to take you and your wife out to dinner some day. I love you guys.

the love. And the Kat and I are creeping back into some kind of agnosticism - the kind where we're pretty sure an Intelligence is behind things but this being if you can call it that is really unknowable.

as I've said so many times before - actually the Kat's the best. I'm just along for the ride. Most of the stuff I put together I run by her first except for when I want her spontaneous reaction or I just want to surprise her with something that will crack her up.
Thanks.
