ramping up civility in DC, than ramping up the rhetoric. The hostility can go to a fever pitch if no side eases down some. Despite what people say it's better than it once was there are no duels these days. I just find it odd that our side call for peace in once instance but prefer war in Congress ?? Our reps should make their case on the issues passionately on the Hill, but it need not be brutal and voters have to be able to tell us apart from the right. A person votes for mean they'll get mean, but not as they'd imagined it. If we become them it's a surefire slippery slope. Paraphrase "In overcoming an opponent be sure not to become what you dislike." That's where the President comes from.

I had the pleasure of listing to him, on BBC world Service at 4:30 in the morning today, it was an interesting speatch, and a "presidental" speatch, where he showing of his stateman like attitude.. And he sound also like a man, who really meant what he was saying... Compared to the last 8 year with Bush, it was a pleasure to listen to, and he was also a good teller, about his past, as a young child who was walking the streets, and learned to know Indonesia, and as he himself pointed out, to learn the language, from the indonesians himself, as he was welcomed as one of them, friendly, good and without reservations.. And he nailed it again and again that Indonesia is a country, who even with the troubles who are there manage to be a multicultural nation, where most peopole is living in peace with eatch other.. And he also pointed out that Indonesia have one of the biggest economy in Asia, a country who over the last 40 year, have changed from been a dirt poor country, to a rather rich country, where the country have changed a lot..

And it was also nice to hear to a man who really was in his "field", and who also managed to communicate what he was saying in a manner who is really good.. It was just great to listen to him this morning.. He is dynamite compared to the "fuzz" who ws in charge for 8 year. I just hope that the american voters are able to se true the sharade, and vote him into office in 2012 too.. Compared to the other side, who for the most part is clownish and full of sound bites and an ideology who is dangrous for both the world, and for US... He is Dynamite, just dynamite.
