Don't we all know, including economists, that the economy needs cash in hands of consumers so they/we can consume?

Compromise= settlement of differences in which each side makes concessions.

8. Unemployment compensation, for one big thing.

retention of key tax cuts for working families (earned income tax credit, child tax credit, American Opportunity Tax Credit),
reducing the workers' share of Social Security tax for 2011 from 6.20% to 4.20%.
