Media Matter's revelation this month of leaked memos from Fox News, including Washington Managing Editor Bill Sammon's email reminding Fox News' supposed journalists to continue mislabeling the "public option" proposed in some health care reform plans as a "government run plan," confirmed the Fox News bias I documented in my August 2009 video titled "Government Run Health Care Is Fox News Myth?" allowing me to update my October 2009 video titled "Is Fox News Bias Different" with recent clips of Rachel Maddow's discussing of the topic on "The Late Show with David Letterman," as I show in this video.

1. Viewership is my concern

Most cable packages I know will at the bare minimum's almost, contain Fox News, but not MSNBC. Until MSNBC gets the same treatment Fox and CNN get as far as availability, it's going to be tough. They should all be available at the same levels at all providers, and literally next to each other on the dial.

Even my non-political Grandmother, who I know would side with Liberal values on most everything if put into terms that provided arguments for both sides, watches Fox News all the time. They don't even know they are watching this hate filled propaganda. I refrain from going into it, but it kills me to see this channel on in their house. Some good neighbor friends of ours, who I KNOW would be more liberal than not, watch this channel frequently as well. I think many don't even know what they are watching. Many don't have the choice. Put MSNBC directly before or after Faux News on my guide, and if Fox and CNN are available, make MSNBC available too.

Maybe I'm biased...but I feel if MSNBC (throw Jon Stewart in there too!) and Fox had an election style debate with Fact Checkers, MSNBC and would win. They frequently use supportable facts, documents and articles.

Neither Dems or GOP'ers are perfect. But, I think most people would agree that politics should Err on the side of humanity and the average American, not Corporations and the Rich few. Most level headed people would agree.
