The price of oil continues to climb, and the oil industry (and Republicans) claim that it is because they aren’t allowed to drill in America. But the truth is that drilling on American soil and in American waters won’t produce enough oil to even make a difference. What we should be doing is creating a green energy infrastructure, as Mike Papantonio points out in a debate against former Shell Oil president John Hoffmeister.

for slugging it out against those 4 conservatives but I don't know if it was necessary bringing up the fact that oil costs $12 dollars to produce. Diamonds and gold cold a fraction of its final price but we all know its because of the laws of demand and supply not crooked diamond and gold dealers. Same goes for the every other commodity sold in the market.

2. Prices always go up when Pukes are in control

Big Oil knows there will be little to no oversight and certainly no investigations whatsoever. It happened when Reagan and Bush were first elected. It happened again when the chimp took office and helped to crash our economy. And it's happening again now.

The lies are nothing new and neither is the timing.

If it keeps up, any progress our economy made in getting out of the giant effing hole will vanish and we'll soon find ourselves back where we were 2 and 3 years ago.
