" Los Angeles City Hall's attempt to scuttle Gov. Jerry Brown's plan to clean up the state's budget crisis by abolishing Community Redevelopment Agencies brought up community leaders Miki Jackson, Tony Butka and Felicia Acosta who denounced efforts to provide welfare to the rich while city services are being slashed.
