going to salon and reading up on this issue. was really glad to notice that 1. greenwald appears to be recovering well from his illness and 2. he mentioned that it was the DOJ who advised BofA to retain H&W.
post graduate ratfucking. i would like to see this get more and more coverage and not fade away. thanks for posting

I think about those, here, who argue that you can't turn an ocean liner on a dime, and other such twaddle, to excuse the Obama administration's not getting things done.
It appears that the DOJ can mobilize itself with all due speed when it's own interests are at stake.

Glenn Greenwald has not been nice to or sufficiently supportive of the Obama administration so that means he'd rather have a Republican in office so maybe this will make him think before he goes on and on about "liberty" and "the constitution" and "freedom of speech" and just let's the administration do their work in peace.

But sadly, it wouldn't surprise me to see a response close to this without the sarcasm tag on this place.
