The 2012 budget has nothing to do with what these idiotic Republican Governors are doing. The 2010 budget included significant increases that were bolstered by the stimulus.

Why isn't this report focused on the Republicans holding up the 2011 budget, which also includes increased spending over 2010?

How it took a Labor Party leader (Blair) to enact the privatization that was sought by Tory leadership (Thatcher)
How Obama's statements about not enacting policies that benefit the wealthy is disingenuous given that he has just done that
How Obama has alienated his base
The states are experiencing drastic economic times and I've seen numerous posts of how state employees are being asked to make the sacrifices in order to balance state budgets. Recent examples include not just Wisconsin but Ohio, Tennessee that I've seen stories about on DU within the past 24 hours.
