the energy debacle, then afterward had a large debt. The looting of our surplus parallels what happened at the national level.

california burned (we do do that here, earthquakes too the whole nine but for tornadoes i think), but they especially got some heads thinking we needed to sue those pricks for what they did, Davis restored some of the money, but bush's regulators wouldn't allow some the settlement to be satisfied...it's disgusting to witness what this sort of greed is capable of
