2. I think your subject is misleading.

It is not "OUTSIDE" it is city parks, beaches and plazas. That is not all of the outside. I like the idea of walking on a beach without stepping on someone butt. Or going to a park with out butts everywhere.

Nobody is going to stop me from smoking outside in my Brooklyn backyard.
And I agree that it is disgusting to go to a park and see butts all over the place.
This would not be necessary if more smokers would be responsible and not be jerks about leaving their butts all over the place.

But then, being responsible about saying what is REALLY going on is not as sexy as hyping disinformation...

3. According to the video, if smokers don't have a constitutional right to

smoke in public places, like a city park, do non-smokers have a constitutional right to a non-smoke environment?

Smokers will need to find an anvenue to annoy non-smokers and then get a ban placed on it.
