2. Monona Terrace rocked by workers' rights concert
Musicians sympathetic to organized labor and long associated with progressive causes came to Madison to play a concert billed as "Rally for YOUR Rights!" Monday night at the Monona Terrace.

The concert was originally planned as part of the ongoing rally at the Capitol, but got moved to Monona Terrace because of the sensitivity of the audio equipment to cold temperatures, said organizer Heather Colburn.

There were a few speeches before the show started, leading Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine to announce to the tightly packed crowd of 4,200, "I love a nice political speech as much as the next guy, but now it's time to rock."

3. RATM: 'Sleep Now in the Fire' directed by Michael Moore
Sleep Now in the Fire

The music video for the song which was directed by Michael Moore, features the band playing in front of the New York Stock Exchange, intercut with scenes from a satire of the popular television game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire which is named "Who Wants to Be Filthy F#&%ing Rich". Quoted at the end of the song is Republican politician Gary Bauer stating that, "a band called 'The Machine Rages On' - er - 'Rage Against the Machine', that band is anti-family and it's pro-terrorist".
