The big money groups are now running continual ads against Ms. Kloppenburg, twisting the facts about how she did her job to make her seem heartless and vile. (Much like what happened against Justice Louis Butler over his work as a public defender, outright lying about one of his cases.) I fully expect to see some glossy trash in the mailbox today. They are panicked because their polling shows the race as even, although incumbent judges rarely have trouble being reelected. Now with former governor Lucey's defection from Prosser's committee and endorsement of Kloppenburg, and the Palin endorsement of Prosser, they will become even more desperate. Will voters fall for the lies again? We'll see.

Still I think it's going to be Kloppenburg by a wide margin.

He says he's being victimized again. But his name is never mentioned in the original ad he and the sponsors are criticizing. So who is victimizing him now?
