Ralph is a consumer advocate. Always has been, always will be. He is bringing attention to an important consumer issue.

And the "incredible" part of your comment is that you haven't even had time to listen everything he had to say before denouncing what he has to say.

Pro-Tip: If you don't like Mr.Nader and you see his name in the headline of a post then DO NOT CLICK ON IT!

3. I would love less of an emphasis on sports in schools. Not sure about this, though...
No one should have to worry about paying for college, anyway.

9. "Money and March Madness" FRONTLINE PBS
If everyone else is profiting from the multibillion dollar college sports business, why shouldn't the athletes?

This March, the nation will once again go "mad," as more than 140 million people tune in to watch one of the biggest sporting events on earth -- the NCAA men's basketball tournament. But "March Madness" isn't just a basketball tournament. It's become big business, with television rights alone worth $10.8 billion over 14 years.

11. The only justifiable reason
for society to pay for a kids education is so he or she can get an academic education, not so he or she can have a shot at a professional sports contract or so that the football or basketball programs can fund the rest of the athletic program. Any kid with both the brains for academics and the brawn for athletics can get a free ride to just about any university. The issue is the kids with the brawn but not the brains who take scholarship money away from kids who have brains because they will be profitable to the athletic program. And even if they don't have the brains but can play sports, needs based academic financing is still available to them if the coaches want them. Nader and others are merely saving that the coaches shouldn't be able to wash out a kid because the coach doesn't want him on the team any longer. That's bullshit.
