6. I think that workers should (by mandate) have

a controlling interest in their company.
Much like Europeans (I am not sure if it is a mandate there), then the company would be run to the capacity and goals of the controlling interests. It has worked for decades there (America helped design the system, under FDR) with Unions and shorter workdays, paid vacations, etc...
