** to Hear Malalai Joya..you might want to move it up a couple of minutes.

Malalai had a standing ovation before she even started. She gave an incredible and detailed speech of what is really happening in Afghanistan and how our tax dollars continue to fund Warlords and Taliban and how the horrific crimes against women and young girls and even babies continue. The US is supporting Warlords who are in Parliament, Gov offices, and in the University teaching.

She also discusses how young girls are committing or attempting suicide by burning themselves with kerosene because of their horrific abused lives.
She also thanks the "freedom loving" and "justice loving" americans who want this to stop.

Please send to your Senators and Reps.

I hope some of you will be able to see her before she goes back to Afghanistan. Her book is simple but very informative and I plan to give it to many people who are teachers.

Afghan Activist Malalai Joya Speaks in Minneapolis
From: UpTakeVideo | Apr 3, 2011

Afghan activist, writer and a former politician, Malalai Joya spoke tonight at St. Joan of Arc church in Minneapolis. She was dismissed from the Afghan parliament for publicly denouncing the presence of what she considered to be warlords and war criminals in the Afghan parliament. Joya is an outspoken critic of the Karzai administration and its western supporters, particularly the United States. Her suspension from parliament in May 2007 generated protest internationally and appeals for her reinstatement have been signed by high profile writers, intellectuals such as Noam Chomsky, and politicians including Members of Parliament from Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. She is called by some "the bravest woman in Afghanistan."

3. And that's exactly.....
...what it is: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x571111">propaganda. Advanced by the CIA primarily, so that they can continue to drain the U.S. economy with their insane wars of attrition for the benefit of their war machine corporate buddies.
