Where is even 'one' report that any thing suspicious happened in Brookfield the day/night of the election before they transmitted their totals to the county clerk's office?

The folks in Brookfield voted, counted the ballots, transmitted the totals to the county clerk - then it was Nickolaus at the county level that screwed up by not entering the Brookfield numbers to the county total. She screwed up and found the error on canvassing day. That is what canvassing day is for - to find any errors before the certification.

So where is your proof that the people of the City of Brookfield did anything wrong?

This republican woman in WI (Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus) has done this same bullshit over and in the past has been singled out with suspicious of manipulation in the pastWaukesha Co Clerk Kathy Nickolaus was granted immunity after the state's caucus scandal. She was then an Assembly Republican Caucus employee AND "each time the republican candidate has benefited".

She is an admitted republican partisan and has worked only for republicans INCLUDING the republican judge (Prosser) she came up with the these out of the blue votes for two days later - vote hacking is the easiest thing to do especially in her county - she's a hack always been a hack any you clowns eat it up like the usual Fox 'news" sheep has a huge partisan track record in a job THAT SHOULD NOT - NOT - NOT BE PARTISAN....What proof do you have she hasn't done it again...SO SHUT THE FUCK UP!

"How does anybody else in the county know, except for her verbal word, that there are backups, and that the software she has out there is performing as it should?" he said.

p.s. Please note that I will excuse your naming calling due to the fact you don't know me and tempers have been hot regarding this particular election - and it appears that it is you that does not know all the facts regarding the current issue.

And if there weren't a total of 14,000+ ballots in the city of Brookfield, ON ELECTION NIGHT, then where is the evidence of another number? The city of Brookfield at the local level posted their election results on their website election night.
Kathy Nickolaus' print out at the county level on canvassing day showed 'all zeros' and we all know that was incorrect.

There are a lot of people hollering 'conspiracy' but no one has reported and evidence that the people of the City of Brookfield did anything wrong before they transmitted their vote totals to the county clerk.

ast night, Republican Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus rocked Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election by claiming that she had suddenly found 14,315 lost votes in the most conservative county in the state. If these newly discovered votes are legitimate, they give incumbent conservative Justice David Prosser a more than 7,500 vote lead — a number that almost exactly matches the margin he needs to avoid a recount at the state’s expense.



Prosser is Nickolaus’ Former Boss: Throughout the 1990s, Nickolaus worked for the Wisconsin State Assembly’s Republican Caucus. For much of that time, Justice Prosser was the GOP Minority Leader and then the Speaker of the Assembly. So Prosser was Nickolaus’ boss.

Nickolaus Received Immunity For Testimony On A Campaign Scandal: In 2001, the partisan caucuses in the state legislature were investigated for alleged illegal use of state resources to secretly run campaigns. Nickolaus received immunity in return for her testimony about her role in this scandal.


Nickolaus Has Blown Vote Counts In The Past: Nickolaus once posted the wrong outcome in a local school board race, before her error was caught and the correct outcome was posted.


Nickolaus Was Audited After She Moved Official Data To Her Personal Computers: Her county’s Executive Committee ordered an audit of her office after they discovered that she “removed the election results collection and tallying system from the county computer network . . . and installed it on standalone personal computers in her office

now if that don't smell fishy or at least BS 14,000 is a big number to lose

than other election officials and golly gee they just happen to benefit Republicans.

I'm glad one of our news shows provided clips of the "whoops, human error" incidents under her watch.

One by one, gee sorry, human error-- can seem plausible. But add them up and look at her further human error to "solve" the problems and who she has served in the past and you may be less willing to believe this new one in her long line of Whoopsie Doopsie Human Errors.

The numbers that Kathy Nickolaus omitted by error and then were added to the county totals on canvassing day are the EXACT same numbers that match the total the City of Brookfield transmitted to the county clerk's office on election night.

If you can't find fraud at the 'local level' in Brookfield then there is no fraud.

There have been no reports of election fraud in Brookfield. The city tallied the ballots and sent the totals to Nickolaus. The only error that was made was made by Nickolaus due to her not adding the Brookfield numbers to the county total.

It would be a different story if the reported error had taken place at Brookfield, but it did not.

The Republicans would be breathing fire out their butts and demanding all kinds of investigations and they would get it. If it was the 1st or even a 2nd time she made a "human error" I may have a different thought but it seems many times and ALWAYS favors the Republican side. If she found the votes later could she have changed the ballots to what she wanted? After all we do know she knows her way around a computer.
