On April 5th, 2011 progressive JoAnne Kloppenburg beat incumbent David Prosser for a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat by 204 votes. The Progressive won, but Republicans are still playing games.

1. No Kloppenburg did not win on April 5th, the votes were not yet canvassed or certified.

There is NOTHING fishy going on with the 14,000 Brookfield Wisconsin SC votes, here's why .......

No one is declared the winner until there is a canvass of the votes, and then the votes must be certified.
And even then there can be a reversal after a recount.
