Still not "Hollywood". She is from Oklahoma and returns there all of the time to raise money for various causes, including OCU.

The comment pissed me off because I don't think the poster watched the video, knows what GLAAD is or gives a shit about LGBT issues. Nor did he know anything about Kristin and what she is all about. He just wanted to trash something, anything.

This is personal for me - I have met her and my best friend has known her (loved her) since they were in college together and, most importantly, my community has never had a better full-on ally.

You forgot to mention that Kristen originated the role of Galinda the Good Witch in Wicked on Broadway. I've never seen it on Broadway, but I've seen it each time it comes to Boston. I have the soundtrack and get to listen to Kristen's (and Idina's) beautiful voices whenever I want. I'd love to see them both reprise their roles in a (rumored about) movie version. I drive my kids crazy every time I see her on TV. It amazes me that such a big voice comes from such a tiny woman. Plus she seems like she's a genuinely nice person. Lucky you!
