Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero tells Beck guest host Eric Bolling on today's (4/14) show that we are no longer interested in trickle down economics, that we don't want to become China despite Bolling's love for it and its laws, and that unions built this country and gave us ALL unprecedented prosperity in the '50s and '60s.

Bolling has his three talking points to fall back on, and just gives up at the end. Beautiful.

And to think, people of Michigan, this could have been your governor. And instead you bought into Snyder's Koch-fueled lies. Anyway, you go, Virg!

2. That's the way to stand up to the useful idiots.
A lot of teabagger types watch that Glenn Beck crap. It's good for them to hear some truth every now and then, especially when it comes to trickle down.

3. He showed a lot of controlled anger
and made some good points. Unfortunately he goofed up, in my opinion, on the looming budget deficit that Lansing is facing.
He, rightly, blamed the problem on jobs going to China but said a way to solve the deficit is to increase the millage.
That has to be voted on by the residents and it will never happen. The only thing he can do is decrease costs. Sadly that
means downsizing city employees.

5. Kicked.
If you haven't seen this, a good, progressive punch in the nose.
