13. Risking ridicule, here is a twist(ed?) view

It was very clear who won that debate, although in
my opinion Cupp was primarily there to hawk her book.
Everyday, we hear calls for people to discuss their
differences politely if possible. Many people listening
to the discussion just moved away from C-Cupp.
Why not accept the win graciously?

Arguing with a "talking points" conservative is like trying to reason with a schizophrenic. It's all programmed responses that feed into a world view that's basically divorced from reality, but is backed up with the certainty of madness. There actually are reasonable conservatives out there... people who make honest and reasoned critiques of liberal policies. But they don't make for lively freak show television programming.
