After President Obama's private comments to campaign donors in Chicago were leaked, Rep. Paul Ryan suggested that the president should use a more respectful tone. Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

4. In Ryan's defense

He doesnt care about Obama giving him respect.

He didnt have a answer to a point blank question on how he voted for all 4 of those items without paying for them. The 4 biggest items that ran up the all this debt were in. So he just changes the subject. Its Politics 101.

Im happy someone actually asked him that question. Because how do you take someone like this serious when he voted on those 4 things. I just wish he would have followed up with "Im not letting you off the hook, please explain how you voted that way 4 times and now your worried about the debt"
