"What you are about to see is footage of real interviews with SC Republican voters at a rally in Columbia, hosted by SC Republican Governor Nikki Haley and Republican Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann on April 18, 2011. This is no longer the party of Ronald Reagan."

2. I was astonished that the "patriotic" speaker,
i think it was Bachman, saw the flag fall on the ground and not react. I have old school training about that. I'd just have to stop and pick it up. A while back I was driving when a flag fell from a lamp post. I stopped. pulled over, picked it up and took it in to the nearest business and asked for them to call the city workers to come get it. People died for that piece of cloth and I respect that.

4. I think that flag committed suicide
there is so much stupid old glory can take, and when it comes to Bachmann I assume a few seconds were more than enough.

As per the claim that "this is no longer the party of Reagan" well, Raygun was crazy for a big chunk of his presidency, and these GOPers are truly batshit insane... so if anything, this really IS the party of Reagan.

19. I wondered when I saw that segment, "Isn't a committee a form of government?"
You solicit thoughts and opinions to form consensus. From that comes laws.

Isn't that what government's all about?

WTF is she even there? Why isn't she at home cookin, and scrubbing the floors, and waxing the floors, and doing house work like all the good Republican Women should be doing? She should be home doing laundry and hanging stuff out on the close line...

Yeah, this is WHAT SHE WANTS for AMERICAN WOMEN... She could set the Women's movement back 100 years. Ya know, like Children, Women should be seen and not heard.

She makes me ill.

13. I hate to say this but I agree 100%!
Right Wing Media has been very sucessful in dumming much the nation down & this has changed America drastically in only 20yrs! Folks around here keep saying Trump is on a path of self destruction...I disagree! I am afraid he could be on a path to the White House! I do not share their confidence in the American People especially since the Tea Party has woken up the ultra rural vote! This country might have much much further to fall before it attempts to move into the 21st Century!! By then it could be 2030 or beyond! That is if we ever reverse ourselves from the past 30yrs of decline!

To quote Charles Emerson Winchester, who, upon arrival at the M*A*S*H unit recorded this message to his parents, "Let me put it as succinctly as possible: Get. Me. The HELL OUT OF HERE!!!"

17. I do not relate with that sentiment
Charleston is one of the most beautiful cities in our United States. Filled with culture, art, history and the most beautiful girls from all over the world.

I am just fine where I am. I have never encountered anyone close to the Clampetts in this video. I know they are around, maybe at Wal-Mart, I dunno?

The only people who dislike Charleston are those who wish for bigger surf and the folks who get caught-up in our decadent night life.

21. Anything that keeps them from being Billionaires is ...
unconstitutional.

They seem to have learned that since anyone can grow up and become President in this USA, anyone can grow up and become so filthy rich just by not caring about their fellow Americans, and by tying their rationalization to a revered document, the Constitution...

thus excusing them of ANY moral responsibility, in their quest of untold riches through NO taxation.

22. Tea Party Has Political Agenda to Ignore Science
From Tea Party activists to the Koch brothers, conservationist Ellie Cohen speaks out against opposition to environmental reforms. Cohen argues that the evidence supporting global warming is sound, and encourages scientists and environmentalists to continue fighting for political action on the issue.
