Excellent post...this kind of evidence of the wholesale raping of the American citizen needs to be
broadcast from the mountain tops...especially in Arizona. I bet 99.999% of Arizonans don't know
anything about this.

I think I need to spend more time keeping an eye on the Colorado State government entities.
