It really doesn't matter if something is illegal if the criminal justice system has been co-opted from the very top by corrupt people who refuse to prosecute.

Certain people are above the law. Others are deliberately and actively criminalized; forced through processes that aim to turn them into criminals even if they violate no laws simply because of who they are in relation to those who are in power.

6. Our "Justice System" is just a refuge for wealthy criminals.

TPTB control it and even hold the majority on the SCOTUS.

We were once (supposedly) a "nation of laws." For (at least) the last 15 years, we are a "nation of laws" for the non-wealthy citizens and/or the not politically "well connected."

We have some pretty famous people in jail (Wesley Snipes..etc..) for income tax evasion/fraud. Yet we have a member of the SCOTUS guilty of the same crime. Yet he (Clarence Thomas) still hears and decides on these Federal tax cases on a routine basis.

There is NO DOUBT, that if he were a "regular American", he would have been prosecuted and almost certainly been given a HEFTY fine and probably time in a Federal Prison.

It is sickening to see the MSM sweep this under the rug and our "Justice Department" become willing co-conspirators.

To this day, Thomas, Scalia and Roberts attend "Tea-party" functions and far right "meetings" where they are often the paid speakers. Yet, when/if a court case involving these institutions is prosecuted in "their" court, the highest court in the land, they do not even recuse themselves from the case(s).

It does not get more blatant and "in your (American citizens) face" than that. As far as I know, there are no plans to address these egregious and illegal acts and/or impeach the guilty "Justices."

Even though we have a (supposed) Democratic President and Senate, if these same illegal acts were committed by our more liberal (fair and honest IMO) Justices, they WOULD be censured, possibly impeached and prosecuted.

If this does not prove to the world that America is run by a corporate/wealthy owned Politburo, then I do not know what will.
