I would add military services-- when we did those things in-house we got double duty for our tax dollars-- job training for soldiers after they left the military-- how to cook for hundreds, doing electrical wiring on base, etc. Instead we got profit skimmed off the top, moldy food served to our troops and soldiers electrocuted in their showers.
