Anthony Weiner's resignation following the sexting scandal is number one news with all of the mainstream media today. But believe it or not, Weiner stepping down is not the most important news you need to know. As US military intervention in Libya continues, the government is now battling over it.
Ten members of Parliament are now suing the President in an attempt to end the US military involvement in Libya for failing to get congressional approval. The White House though claims it is not in violation of the law because it's not actually a war, and the US military plays only a "support role" there. David Swanson, the author of the "War Is A Lie," talks to RT.

1. Another good piece offered up by RT
I'm wondering if RT might be an informed media willing to ask the hard questions that have escaped much if not all of MSM and the cable channels.

2. A Funny World
It's a funny world when we have to rely on Russians and Arabs for informed media

5. How so?
Since everything we read, watch or listen to is run "internationally"?

6. It means that our news in America is so bad that we have to get
it elsewhere. I don't watch RT myself, but I have nothing against anyone who does. I simply don't care for their commentators. I do watch Al Jazeera occasionally. They don't have the smugness I perceive at RT. I actually wish Sweden or Norway would form some kind of news show. I haven't watched American news, except for what I see here on videos, for about 25 years. I stopped watching the news when it appeared to be more manufactured than real.
