5. Sleeping with the enemy

can turn a soul sour. I, for the life of me, can not understand how two people with different party affiliations can still work together in their respective fields and live together as a couple with a family. The issues that divide the party are so decisive, Pro-Life, Taxes, Stem Cell Research, Iraq...Personally I am at odds with my parents, who are both loyal republicans. I would go nuts if I had to live with them, as it is, I can not talk politics with them at all unless it's real subtle. MeThinks James may have motives that are yet to be seen.

7. They don't have two party affiliations.

They are bot repukes. Carville should just go away and we must make him out to be the fool he is. Constantly criticize him to the media via e-mails. Use DU to trash him. I dislike him and have not thought he was such a hot shot ever. Put him out of his misery.

14. Actually they are neither Republicans nor Democrats!

They are and have always been UNIFIED at being CORPORATISTS! We are in a virtual one party corporatist state now, and they are trying to perpetuate this. The current Democratic/Republican, Liberal/Conservative dividing lines are the illusive labels that they'd like everyone to gravitate when "evaluating" candidates. Of course we know that the Rethuglican Party now is a lot more corporatist then the Democratic Party is. But the Corporatist "Party" that owns parts of both is currently a "supermajority" party, and they are seeing that start to crumble and that bugs them!

The sooner that both parties throw out the corporatists, the sooner we can get back our Democracy. I want an opposition that I can respect, even if I disagree with them much of the time. I don't know if it will happen in my lifetime, but that should be the goal. I think once even Republican constituencies realize they've been used too, perhaps we can both help throw them out, and in the process have either side put in presidents that will put people on the courts that will throw out things like corporate personhood and other forms of REAL judicial activism that have been killing us too!
