Russia's Foreign Minister has slammed NATO for its "cynical actions" in Libya in an interview with Russian TV. Sergey Lavrov said that the Alliance's tactic of bombing the country until Colonel Gaddafi steps down has inflicted too many unjustified civilian deaths. RT's Peter Oliver has been following what Lavrov had to say.

1. More unfounded BS from Russia Today.
State-run media at it's finest. There's no need for actual civilian casualties when you can just CLAIM there are lots.

At least its a million times better than American State Run Media - which we all know is the worst in the world, thats when Americans aren't stooping to new lows and deliberately blowing up foreign News Agencies for reporting the truth .....Al Jazeera, Jerusalem Hotel.

Those images of injured children were clearly straight out of the Hills and Knowlton Incubators weren't they ?

At least Europeans can admit to the TRUTH -

Yes, civilian casualties - and the list goes on, and on, and on, and on.

The Iraq war hasn't even finished and people (ahem - "TheWraith") appear to forgotten all the lessons learned already, not sure if its short term memory problems or selective memory problems, but clearly a memory problem, or maybe its the memory hole. I'm confused - the amount of HBGarry astroturfing around is starting to confuse me.

5. The real world, where Russia Today promotes birtherism, pseudoscience, and conspiracy theories.
Russia Today is the same media outlet that used to be Pravda. They have zero credibility for anything factual.

"Dropping cluster bombs, in a city of 2 million,. and not a single civilian casualty?"

Which is also the world where knowledge is based on facts. Like the fact that even Ghaddafi's people have been forced to admit that there have been very few civilian casualties, after getting caught lying about such casualties.

"Oil AGAIN is the motive"

You mean the oil that Libya was already selling to the west long before this? I'm sure it has NOTHING do do with Ghaddafi ordering the complete extermination of a city of 300,000 people. :eyes:

But thanks for your dose of conspiracy theorism.
