9. I know I am probably considered uncool for patronizing this "thin-skinned multi-national retailer" |
|
But I have to say that they do good work in helping coffee farmers thrive in developing nations and promoting sutainable farming practices. So I support their good business practices by once in a while buying their coffee.

3. Rare disagreement with TYT |
|
So he vented about his job, and did it through song. He didn't name any names, so what's the big deal. He's just expressing what probably alot of other starbuck$ baristas feel at one time or another (and alot of other people working in the US, with the low wages, lack of benefits, little vacation time, etc).
I think this kneejerk reaction by this company will hurt them, more than anything.

7. He is diamond in rough, good song skills... |

a bit more polish and practice and people would go to that Starbucks and stand in line for his autograph. He should hook up with wierd al. for a fun parody.

11. Ah, but customers are assholes. |

They treat employees like crap. When I worked at a local coffee place, and someone was being an asshole to me, and they ordered a non-fat whatever, I put the full-fattening stuff in it as a big middle finger to them.
