2. posting here what was to be posted elsewhere - 'i think that's right enough, though i find it's...

...use a form of low-grade 'entry level' escalation if you will, into nuclear warfare...one certainly our current war planners (yes i know an oxymoron) are able to retort from behind a sly smile, "What are you talking, it doesn't even make a mushroom cloud."

but it does spawl & in that process 'go atmospheric'...not good;

reminds me of the would-be argument, 'would you rather be crushed by a ton of lead, or a ton of feathers' x(
