and yet when questioned holds many of the same views as the 99%,. who is telling these folks lies about kids looking for a free ride? How is levelling the field a "free ride",. and yet he sees many of the problems,. and still believes his right-wing hate-radio,. .

selling out, giving up? Apparently he thinks the protesters should just give up and accept the crappy economic system, the inequality, the sold out politicians, etc.

Sad to be that guy. He needs a sign that says "I give up."

5. The interesting thing about the counter-protester is he agrees with the OWS folks about..

....the state of things, he just opposes them out of apathy. What an interesting piece of footage. I'm puzzled but obviously that guy and I may agree on things but I suspect we have vastly different world views regarding an individual's ability to change their environment.

I guess a couple of people here are deriding the guy- which is to be expected, I suppose. But remember, guys like that are the target. I would be very surprised if that guy wasn't a conservative. Yet he knows deep down that the OWS complaints are 100% accurate- and admitted it.

Targeting folks like that with information and encouragement instead of derision means we have a chance of swaying them to the other side of the protest line. Insult, scorn people like that counter protestor and you achieve nothing.

Try to sway them and you potentially can tap into even more power.

I think his pessimism about the ability to change things clouds his viewpoint.

but that would be too hard. So he's teaching his students to work hard but if it's too hard, then don't bother with it.

I would like nothing better than to meet one of those "job creators" and get him to create me a job.
