interesting. The lady made a super point about the fact he was LEAVING the building and regardless of what they felt he didn't OBEY to, tazing him with 1000 volts or whatever was TOTALLY uncalled for, and not did it happen ONCE, but FOUR times!

Cops in general are a bit (bit I say, ha) tazer happy, and this needs to be nipped in the bud NOW.
