I think the answer was in the video. If it had been Dems, it would have been 'out' and as Bill M said, there would have been torches carried. The Pubs got a pass on this one. HE HAD to have had connections in the WH since, as Lesley Stahl said, you HAVE to be screened by the FBI and vetted for a press pass and he even used a f'ing pseudonym. I don't think we've seen the last of this GOP deception and hypocrisy, I surely hope.

I was misled by an exchange of comments between Maher & Biden that misled me about the timing. I thought Maher was suggesting that Biden could do something about it when he got back to Washington, implying Dems had power. But on rerunning it I see Biden demurring.
