1. Thanks for posting, Professor. It seems far too few US citizens

are aware of the powers granted to the president by the Military Commissions Act and the Defense Authorization Act. Even the host was unfamiliar with the fact that all the president has to do is name a CITIZEN an "enemy combatant" and they can be disappeared.

This deserves wide viewing.

she has done her homework on this subject and research, and what she says is true, if we start seeing journalists being arrested for voicing their opinions that will be the next nail in the coffin.
