Excellant piece. But as I type through my tears, I have to say that while I agree with you...I'd love to make Bush sit and watch this, I doubt it would do much good. The man has no soul. It wouldn't affect him.

Guess I was just commenting from the point of view of a human being......which I would not describe Bush as.

I despair for our troops and the people of Iraq and I've had to put up with that incompetent, unfeeling piece of garbage bush for over a decade now. :(

7. I live in Texas but am not a Texan, so I have a different perspective |

I was a GI brat, then enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Texas. I see it as my mission to combat ignorance down here; I love to torment the bush-lovers. Yes INDEED!!!

8. I lived in Ft. Worth for a year, while my ex-husband was |

stationed at the AF base there. Quite the experience, especially because it was in the mid-1970's, and the sexism was totally rampant.

sexism was rampant but I had a great time slamming guys into their place - believe me, one tango with me and they would NOT repeat their boorish behavior, proving that they CAN, inded, "help themselves" - yes, a broken nose and broken teeth teaches them a lesson much faster than filing a harassment complaint - YES. :D

I went toe-to-toe with more than a few good ol' boys my own self. Especially this older guy I worked with who liked to grab my ass, and say things like, "long as I have a face, you have a place to sit, honey." I was all of 18, but my momma didn't raise no fool. He stopped that crap with me in a short period of time.

Have the neocons had enough? Is this enough? My faith tells me I should bless them. I cannot.
