5. UPDATE - My video has been viewed by the Home Office. Is this a first? |

Yesterday, I received notification that my submission to the Home Office as outlined above has been accepted.
My question for those with an interest in political videos is this; is this the first formal submission to a government body using YouTube?
(It feels pretty darn new-ish to me, but I don't get out much these days.)
