Yes. It was a ridiculous marketing scheme and they should pay for the problems it caused.

3. Yes for posting illegal bills, no for major shit.
Edited on Fri Feb-02-07 07:21 AM by Tesha
Should they be prosecuted?

Of course the should. They committed ten counts
of "posting an illegal bill" or whatever law is
now used against graffiti artists, petty vandals,
and the like.

Should they be responsible for the ninety brazillion
dollars Boston spent as Boston Officialdom had a
panic attack? Of course not. It's not their fault that a
bunch of uniformed but uninformed, unthinking
officials pushed the panic button and scared a
whole region.

And when all is said and done, watch and see: They
will plead guilty to littering, or petty vandalism,
or something very much like that. And they'll have
to pay $50 and pick up the garbage in the snow. And
their fingerprints will be enshrined in a folder in
Washington and they'll be put on the "No Fly List".

And Thomas Menino will be the Officer Opie of the 00's.

We/they majored in shit like that. STATE FUNDED.

And if they get charge with posting bills then there are a lot of terrorist out there. I wonder what the statue of limitations is for that kind of "terrorisms".
