shouldn't the US be paying Syria, etc. for excepting Iraq refugees? |
|
thousands upon thousands of Iraqs have fled to Syria and the other countries. those countries are having trouble dealing with all of that.
shouldn't they be asking the neo cons for monetary recompense?
have they?

1. Yes, the Americans should pay Syria for accepting the Iraqi refugees. |

But the US will not give Damascus money, because the State Department does not want to support a government, which is supporting insurgents. The Americans fight the insurgents. This causes a tragic situation, which in turn drives refugees into Syria.

syria is 'accepting them' . . . as we should be. apparently sweden is accepting lots of them for humanitarian reasons. our gummint has no humanity. don't expect any compassion from this bunch. don't forget, they're 'only iraqis'.
i am sure they will be glad to accept refugee oil tho'.
