I think it has finally dawned on Chimpy that he'd better "humble" himself.

That Scooter Libby trial is giving the populace information about his administration just chunk full of goodies.

Chimpy's warmongering and lies are being exposed more and more every day.

You can poke a guy with sticks as long as he's asleep. When he wakes up, he might be pissed off.

6. he told jokes, sorta apologized for using "Democrat Party", and
otherwise acted like he gave a shit....gag me with a maggot if this works on our people. This was sociopathic manipulation, no humbling involved, he is laughing about his act with them.

9. according to AOL. he has declined to attend since 2001....
arrogant asshole. ps I keep AOl as an extra provider because it is all my office manager can get....she lives in the woods and likes to read her emails at work. The exact title on AOL was "Bush uses jokes to woo Democratic leaders" and it specificially mentioned that he wouldn't go there for years.

The Dems will hand it over. They will always keep giving him $$$$ for the War For Oil.

12. "Seeking to earn his bipartisan stripes...
*snip*

Seeking to earn his bipartisan stripes, he also said that opposing him on the war — as many in the room do — does not mean "you don't share the same sense of patriotism I do."

"You know, I welcome debate in a time of war and I hope you know that," the president said. "These are tough times, but there's no doubt in my mind that you want to secure this homeland as much as I do."

16. Could it be the Democratic Party is showing Class, Courtesy & Respect to
the other party for a reason? None of which we ever received. For 12 years the Repuke congress treated our side like dirt on their shoes. Made it very clear that our leaders were "insignificant" and tried to impeach the Democratic President. The country and whole world watched on TV everyday, for months.

The repuke's only goal was to make our party and our president look immoral and ineffective with anything & everything they tried to do.....and it worked. We got B**H for 8 years.

Looking forward to 2008, our party does not need to battle the old memories of immorality and ineffectiveness, even though it's a "creation" of & by the repuke party. We don't need anything we do to come back and bite us, ever.

The Democratic Party has been treated badly. To retaliate in every way possible would be satisfying. IMHO, it would not accomplish anything except to prove the repukes right.

To take the high road, however hard it may be, will make many more friends (voters) than acting like the party we just beat. We have won "A" battle. We have (some) power. There are many more to win and we need as many Americans as possible on our side to be victorious and stay in power.
