Could this be one reason Deborah Palfrey was targeted?
"PALFREY, Deborah J.(Jeane)
**Redacted**
Benicia, CA 94510

PHONE: *Redacted**
FAX: **Redacted**

WEBSITE: http://www.innocenceproject.org
Have lived in California, for the past 20 years. Self-employed, design/import(furniture/interiors). MBA in international business. Always threatening to go back to law school. Have supported the National Innocence Project (New York), California Innocence and now, LAEP/Life After Exoneration Program (Berkeley based grass root's organization), since the late 90's. Never could stomache injustice- social or otherwise. At current pace, most likely will be slugging it out in the California prisons/courts in my 60's and 70's. A good way though to take my final curtain call. Hobbies include travel(international, whenever possible), non-fiction, cooking (had to quit "Cookbook of the Month" Club when I ran out of shelf space), all of PBS and the Amazing Race (looking for a partner willing to jump out of planes)."

Thoughts?

(As a side note, I love the description of her job, don't you? :P)

1. I found that on a classmates site for Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

2. Does her mother live in Vallejo?
Lot and lots of calls made to area code '707' - from dry cleaners to packing/shipping outfits. Interesting picture I was puzzling together until I realized she live in Northern California (Solano County).

3. I know someone, either her or a relative, is at the Tarpon Springs number...
I checked it out and it came back with a Palfrey last name.

I've found a ton of pedestrian type of calls (i.e. non-escort business) in CA.

I think the numbers in DC and Vallejo that she kept calling were probably answering services for her escort business (messages that potential customers might have sent), if you look at the number patters, it's like someone checking messages frequently.

In the records, it has a bunch of calls from her to different small independent newspapers around the Baltimore/DC area and even in Pennsylvania. Those were probably to post adds in the classifieds of those papers for her business.
