I knew they were looting the treasury through earmarks, subsidies, gov't contracts and war but I had no idea they were actually just stuffing cash into their pockets!

2000 under Clinton executive was 283 million... 2005 under Bush 7,686 over SEVEN BILLION more..
But also look at Dept of Labor 39 Billion in 2000 under Clinton BUT for some reason it jumps to 69 Billion in 2003 and then starts coming down.
There is some cooked books here IMHO..
