I.O.U. to the DCCC
I got the usual letter begging for money to help further the "Democratic Agenda." I haven't mailed it yet, but I've written on the insert and the envelope, "This is an I.O.U. My check will be in the mail the minute impeachment proceedings begin." I couldn't afford to donate right now anyway, but I'd like to send 'em a message.

Should I pop it in the mail or just consider it a bit of cheap anger management therapy and recycle the thing?

I think what we need to do is start and Impeachment PAC and fill it with cash.

2. I can only afford the minimum $15.00.
Maybe I should do what you're doing.

3. "No Backbone no Bucks"
is what I've been telling them. The ACLU, NAACP, and Amnesty International get the few extra bucks that would normally go to the dems.

4. You do realize that you are offering a bribe
I have worked in several Congressional offices, and whenever we received offers of campaign contributions in excahnge for specific action we turned them over to the police. The people would usually receive a stern letter of warning, but they could have been prosecuted.

5. Unless your offer has 6 digits or more
In that case, it's called "lobbying".
